2.2 Designing Services
We offer Logo Design, Web Banner Design, Social Media Posts and Creatives, YouTube Intro-Outro Videos, Flyers, Catalogs, and Cards Designing. Final deliverables will be agreed upon in a separate project agreement prior to starting work.
2.3 Legal Services
We assist businesses with registrations such as GST, DSC, Trademarks, and Copyrights. Our role is limited to facilitating these registrations, and we are not responsible for any governmental processing delays or rejections.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and passwords used on our Site.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information and materials you provide to us do not violate any applicable laws.
4. Payments and Fees
- Payments for all Services must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the service contract or invoice.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect contracts already in place.

- Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables will be transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract.

- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
- Any delays, errors, or interruptions beyond our control, including third-party failures or technical issues.
- Indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of business or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
